This role will partner closely with Foodstuffs.
The purpose of this role is to drive improved external Customer Experience engagement, order and service management through: Product Replenishment & Planning: Ensure accurate replenishment of customer products and collaboratively develop execution plans, proactively addressing risks to optimize service levels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with internal and customer teams to enhance supply chain efficiencies and drive improved service outcomes.
Order & Claims Management: Oversee internal order processing and claims management for Food Service, QSR, and Retail channels to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
This role will be based on site, 5 days per week in both our Simplot office and our Customer, Foodstuffs office, both based in Auckland.
There will be travel required once a year to the South Island.
What you will do Daily Order Management (auto & manual) in customer systems Facilitate Simplot ex-factory forecast vs Customer order plan reconciliation & escalation/issue resolution process with Commercial, Demand & Operations stakeholders Drive continuous improvement activities surrounding identified DIFOT/OBSL impact trends – systemization, analytics, process Internal order processing management for Food Service OR Retail channel orders Internal Claims management for Food Service OR Retail channel orders About you Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply Chain discipline is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience as a Vendor Replenishment Planner Experience in Food or related FMCG industry is preferred.
