The Role
We are looking for a superstar duty manager to join our brilliant team who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors.
Your main responsibilities:
Greeting customers, taking their orders and clearing once they have left.
Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch.
Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation.
Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.
*Must be available Tuesday Lunch and Dinner*

Skills / Experience
A previous role leading a team is encouraged however not essential. What we are looking for is:
Excellent presentation and strong clear communication.
Energy and enthusiasm.
An open mind and eagerness to learn.
A flexible, fun and driven individual.
Applicants for this position should be 20+ and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
