What You'll Be Doing

Carry out Certificate of Fitness A & B (COF) inspections and Warrant of Fitness (WOF) in accordance with the Association and NZTA processes and quality standards
Provide complete verbal and written reports containing all relevant, factual and accurate information
Refer and promote appropriate products and services provided by the Association, and its business partners that meet the needs of the customer
Deal with queries and requests on technical products or services, and respond in accordance with Association's policies and standard
When required, assist the Manager in investigating any customer service or inspection complaints encountered and provide feedback on these
About You

COF A and COF B Certification essential - verification is required
WOF Certification an advantage
Suitable experience in the automotive industry
NZ Trade Certificate or Certificate in Automotive Engineering required
Clean Full NZ Drivers Licence
Passionate about all things automotive
Excellent customer service and communication skills; making technical terms easy to understand for customers
Comfortable with learning new technology, systems and processes when required
