To find out more about us, visit The Role: We are looking for a Vehicle Service Agent for our Queenstown branch of Ezi Car Rental to provide outstanding customer service to our customers, so they have great, hassle-free, and enjoyable travels across our beautiful country. This is a full-time and permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week working Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. We also have full-time fixed-term vacancies available from December 2024 through to May 2025 . Please indicate your preference for either a permanent or fixed-term position when applying. This role is responsible for: Cleaning and grooming our fleet of vehicles and ensuring they are prepared for hire and sale Undertaking vehicle checks on presentation, cleanliness, body condition, and basic standard mechanical checks Organising our yard and off-site storage standards Undertaking damage assessment and reporting findings to the Manager Assisting with obtaining vehicle registrations and warrants of fitness Assisting with the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from the airport, wash bay, overflow parking, and to off-site suppliers or potential buyers Key skills we are looking for: Full and clean Driver's license Punctuality and good attendance records Willingness to work Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays What is on offer?
