You will be based in a franchise dealership in the Wellington region that is part of a larger automotive group where there are opportunities for growth. The company prides itself on top-class customer service and a professional working environment.
Based in the new car division your duties will include:
Selling new vehicles and achieving set targetsPricing and appraising trade-insPresenting vehicles to customersOffering top-class customer serviceDeliveries and structuring of dealsWorking in a team environment to achieve dealership targetsAbility to train junior sales staff The skills sought
Applicants will need to have prior new vehicle sales experience and possess the right attitude. The ideal candidate will exude professionalism and positivity and be a standout go-getter. Experience in a franchise dealership is preferred.
A proven sales track record is required, as well as being a good team player with the ability to work on weekends. Collaboration and a team-oriented mindset are important within the role.
