At Rutherford & Bond Toyota Wellington, we are looking to grow our New & Used Vehicle teams with a customer service minded individual that we can develop for a career as a professional Vehicle Sales Support & Delivery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and document processing
Building strong client relationships
Providing support for our TNZ direct customers
Looking after customer sales enquiries upon completion of training
Maintaining an accurate database of prospects and customers
Prospecting daily for new opportunities
Learning and gaining a full understanding of the motor industry over all departments
Co-ordinating Toyota Direct Deliveries
Desired Competencies, Personal Skills and Experience:
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Sales background or previous experience would be an advantage, but not necessary
Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always put first
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Outgoing, energetic and confident
Self motivated
As we are a 6 day business, weekend work is required; however, we operate a fair rotating roster.
