The company seeks to employ a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive the continued success of the dealership.
Responsibilities
Lead the sales team by example
Actively sell vehicles over and above fulfilling your management duties ensuring targets are met
Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded to enhance the customer experience
Resolve customer complaints
Develop strategies to build the company's image and reputation and to maximise sales revenue
Maintain stability and build a culture of performance within the sales team
Experience Required
Proven experience in a management role in vehicle sales
Ability to motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and company targets
A passion for delivering excellent standards of service
Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining a positive organisational image and reputation
Ability to monitor and optimise the performance of the sales department
Clean NZ driver's licence
