Overview We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at using both hand tools and power tools. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles through thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Conduct repair from start to finish Diagnose parts needed using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform repairs on various vehicle body and paint Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Maintain accurate records of all body repairs performed on vehicles. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment. Experience Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to vehicle maintenance and repair. A valid driving licence is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A commitment to ongoing professional development in automotive technology is advantageous.
