Responsibilities of Vegetable Farm Manager: Planning and implementing vegetable production schedules. Managing planting, cultivation, and harvesting operations Monitoring crop health and implementing pest and disease control measures. Managing irrigation and fertilization programs Supervising and training farm staff Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Managing budgets and financial records Liaising with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies Requirements for Vegetable Farm Manger: Strong knowledge of vegetable farming practices Proven experience as a farm manager, preferably in vegetable production Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
