Permanent full time (FTE) position Remuneration per ASMS MECA $185,380 - $267,980 The Counties Manukau Vascular Service is looking to recruit an additional Vascular Surgeon to join our Vascular Service.
We are inviting applications from Vascular Surgeons who would like to live and work in one of the world's most liveable cities.
In this role, there will be opportunities for the full range of Vascular Surgery including Carotid, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Trauma, and Renal Dialysis Access.
You will have access to recently refurbished operating theatres in addition to acute and elective theatre sessions. You will be responsible for managing outpatient clinics (including outreach clinics) and have specific responsibilities for the coordination of Renal Vascular Access.
This position includes after-hours on-call availability. You will be supported by the wider Vascular teams, which comprise SMOs, Nurse Specialists, and Vascular Ward Staff.
Our district hospital services many specialty areas and is the base for the National Burns Centre and the Auckland Spinal Unit.
