The Napier and Hastings stores are 100% owned and operated by the Ricketts family, locals who have been trusted in the Bay since 1961.
From small beginnings in Taradale, the family business is now one of the largest retail businesses in the Bay – now employing over 250 people locally.
We are looking for team members to fill a number of roles in different departments, including: Paint & Paint Accessories Powertools & Hand tools Checkouts Inside Garden & Housewares Plumbing We want to keep growing our amazing team with more exceptional talent.

We have full-time & part-time, permanent positions available, working to a roster, which will include some weekend work.
