Vape Store Manager

Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)We are looking for 2 x Store Managers to join our South Auckland & North Shore Branches.HypeCloud Vape & Hookah Specialist is a New Zealand-owned retail group for Vape Gears, Vaporizers, Hookah, and other Smoking-Related products. We have 7 stores in the Auckland region.If you're looking for a career where your workmates are fun, professional, and great at what they do, then come and join the HypeCloud NZ team!Our aim is to hire people with great knowledge and experience to contribute to delivering the best service to all of our customers.In this role you will:Provide all customers with excellent customer service.Complete all daily store operations.Deal with customer queries and issues.Keep up to date with the latest technology to assist customers in finding the right product for them.Maintain Daily Stock Take Procedures.Maintain the cleanliness of the store.Assist the Business Manager with daily operational tasks.In order to be considered for this role, candidates will:Have well-developed communication and listening skills.Have previous experience in the Vaping industry (advantageous).Be able to work on weekends and according to the roster.Be reliable and enthusiastic.Applicants must:Be 18 years or older.Have the right to work in New Zealand.Be able to work on weekends & public holidays.Have previous Store Manager experience and the ability to build rapport with consumers and generate sales.
