To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.Job DescriptionWe have a unique opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join us as the Auckland Value Stream Lead. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead the entire production plant. You will play a critical role in the local leadership team, providing guidance on strategic site-wide projects and performance in Lean, Sustainability, and Safety across all business functions.In this role, you will be the leader and the company representative for the Auckland site. You will ensure production targets are met to maintain on-time customer delivery with excellent quality and cost efficiency. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence, maximize supply chain value, establish and sustain KPI reporting within teams, and build effective cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels.About the TeamWe are a team of like-minded individuals passionate about our industry and innovation.
