This is an exciting time to be part of our journey and in return for your extraordinary talent, we'll provide a high performing values-based team environment where people are at our heart.About the roleAs our Value Chain Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of Southern Cross Health Society's propositions, working with both internal teams and external partners.You will lead the mapping of the end-to-end value chain, ensuring all elements are documented, optimised, and aligned with the Society's goals for excellent customer outcomes.Collaborating with senior stakeholders to balance priorities, managing resource allocation, and ensuring the business is positioned to meet its customer and business objectives. Additionally, you will drive the identification of risks and ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place across the value chain.This is a fixed term contract role until June 2026.About you:5-10 years experience in a product management, remediation or business analysis role.Knowledge of the health, insurance, or financial services sectors is highly desirable.Extensive knowledge of best practices in delivering regulatory programs, particularly related to conduct matters, along with a strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment or other highly regulated sector.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels, from the Board to front-line teams.Demonstrated agile leadership, empowering teams to achieve outstanding results, with positive feedback from those they've led.Experience working in a transformational environment with a flexible, adaptive approach to challenges.Excellent record keeping, writing and reporting capabilities.Tertiary qualifications (MBA or equivalent business-related degree).A track record of managing projects and/or multi-strand pieces of work resulting in improved, sustainable and customer-centric business outcomes.Proven experience in aligning great customer experience with business objectives.Aptitude with technology and the skills to embrace and utilise the right tools to enhance customer experience.Join a proud diverse team, that's always there, always real, always true.
