The Opportunity
In this role, reporting to our Canterbury Manager within the Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in our mission. Your responsibilities will encompass site inspections, preparation of site and floor plans, research on sales and market trends, and, as you gain experience, assist with providing residential valuations.

About You

Responsibilities:

Conduct property site inspections
Identify construction materials and ensure compliance with plans
Maintain accurate field records and permanent data
Capture property photographs as needed
Assist with additional inspections as required
Monitor adherence to regulatory procedures (e.g., hazard registers, accident/incident reporting)
Identify and escalate areas of concern
Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated administrative proficiency with keen attention to detail
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
Exceptional time management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (local travel required twice a week)
Collaborative working style with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of building materials is advantageous
Genuine interest in the property industry, coupled with a passion for administration, support, and exceptional customer service
