$80k - $90k salary Henderson based Full time role - 40 hours per week The role We are currently looking for a Validation Engineer to support the management of validation lifecycle activities associated with new and existing facilities, utilities, equipment, manufacturing processes, and cross-contamination prevention processes.
In this role you will: Develop, prepare, execute and review validation plans, strategies, protocols, and reports to meet Douglas and regulatory standards.
Proactively coordinate validation activities and act as a central point of contact to ensure activities are delivered on schedule.
Collaborate across business functions to achieve outcomes.
Act as a technical subject matter expert on all validation activities.
Resolve both GMP and business challenges.
Our Validation team is instrumental in ensuring the success of strategic programmes such as new equipment and systems investment, new product commercialization, and ongoing process improvements to ensure we meet our compliance requirements and our own high standards.

You will be/have A solid understanding of GMP.
A critical thinker who can look at processes and equipment and identify what has the potential to impact product quality and patient safety.
Able to utilize previous knowledge, experience, and learnings and apply them to novel and new situations.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver to agreed, often tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire others towards a common goal.
A proactive commitment to self-learning and development by staying current with industry best practices and the latest trends.
Excellent writing skills with a capability to communicate technical details to a wide, sometimes non-technical audience.
You should also have a degree in Science or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Process or Mechatronics) and have experience working in a compliance-driven industry.
