Vacant Property ManagerUse your expertise to deliver safe and well-maintained homes!Exciting new opportunity covering the lovely Nelson, Marlborough and West Coast region.Fixed term/Secondment until June 2025 with the potential to extend, at $95,227 (pro rata).In this exciting new opportunity to become the first Vacant Property Manager in our Nelson Assets and Maintenance team, you will be responsible for overall management of repairs of vacant properties so they can be re-let within specified time frames. You'll be based in our Nelson office, however occasional overnight travel will be required in this role as you'll be supporting the wider Nelson, Marlborough, and West Coast region.Operating within a close-knit team built on a high level of trust, you will be self-managing, reliable and personable.
