You'll be based in our Nelson office; however, occasional overnight travel will be required in this role as you'll be supporting the wider Nelson, Marlborough, and West Coast region.Operating within a close-knit team built on a high level of trust, you will be self-managing, reliable, and personable. Your expertise in the building and trades industry will support you to succeed as you work alongside relevant tenancy management, asset management, maintenance delivery, placement teams, and Maintenance Partner contractors to ensure that properties requiring vacant repairs will be available for re-letting.Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bringIf you have prior experience in the building industry and a strong understanding of trades, then we would love to hear from you.
