What this opportunity involves: We are now on the lookout for a number of new Vacancy Survey Assistant's at to join our Wellington & Christchurch based team for a prominent commercial account on behalf of JLL. You will be responsible for physically travel to set properties, and enquire about current occupants, upcoming occupants and any leases ending soon. An overview of the role: We're looking for vacancy surveyors for our June 2022 survey! Twice a year JLL undertakes a vacancy survey, which requires the assistance of several property students. This is a great opportunity to gain some industry experience working with the JLL Research team. Applicants will be required to physically travel to set properties, and enquire about current occupants, upcoming occupants and any leases ending soon. List of properties will be provided. For larger properties, this will include enquiring about each and every occupant. Properties will be divided into office, industrial and retail. This is a short, fixed-term role and we are flexible with days and times. Pay will be per hour and you will be required to fill out a timesheet. Time period for work is 9th May to 10th June 2022. You should be based in Wellington. Sounds Like you? This is what we are looking for: Current tertiary students with exceptional attention to detail and good observations skills An ability to work unsupervised on tasks to a deadline Great time management skills A confident person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Basic Excel skills A current driver's licence and access to a car during the period is essential. (You will be reimbursed travel costs.)
