What this job involves: We're looking for a Vacancy Survey Assistant who is looking to gain some industry experience working with the JLL Research team!
In this role you will physically travel to set properties across Wellington and inquire about current occupants, upcoming occupants and any leases ending soon.
For larger properties, this will include enquiring about each occupant.
Properties will be divided into office, industrial and retail.
What we are looking for: Ability to work unsupervised and independently on tasks to a deadline.
Current tertiary students with exceptional attention to detail and good observation skills.
A current driver's licence and access to a car during the period or knowledge of public transport routes well to reach locations identified in the vacancy surveys.
This is a remote role; the successful applicant will need to use their own laptop and internet connection.
