What this opportunity involves: We are now on the lookout for a Vacancy Survey Assistant to be based in Christchurch.You will be responsible to physically travel to set properties, and enquire about current occupants, upcoming occupants and/or vacancies.An overview of the role: We're looking for vacancy surveyors for our 2H 2024 surveys!
Twice a year JLL undertakes a vacancy survey, which requires the assistance of several property students.
This is a great opportunity to gain some industry experience working with the JLL Research team.
Applicants will be required to physically travel to set properties, and enquire about current occupants, upcoming occupants and/or vacancies.
List of properties will be provided.
For larger properties, this will include enquiring about each and every occupant.
Properties will be divided into office and retail within set suburbs.This is a short, fixed-term role and we are flexible with days and times.
Pay will be per hour and you will be required to fill out a timesheet.Sounds like you?
This is what we are looking for: Current tertiary students with exceptional attention to detail and good observations skills;An ability to work unsupervised on tasks to a deadline;Great time management skills;A confident person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal;Basic Excel skills;A current driver's licence and access to a car during the period, or a know-how of public transport in Christchurch, which enables you to travel around;Familiarity with suburbs/areas in Christchurch;You need to have your own laptop for the role.What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
