A strong portfolio of successful UX projects is essential. The UX function is also the key to our future growth strategy.Projects you will be a part of:You will work closely with our senior UX designer, researcher, and Product Managers to create user experience deliverables such as journey maps, wireframes, designs, and prototypes. You will be tasked to bring abstract concepts to life with strong visualization skills. You will also work closely with business analysts and the engineering team to ensure the designs are flawlessly implemented and delivered. You will work on projects that redefine and redesign a variety of business finance processes in some of the biggest organizations around the world.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Minimum Qualifications:Solid proficiency in user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Interaction Design. Hands-on experience with user testing is desired. Experience in web analytics would be highly regarded.Experience in designing user interfaces for large commercial SaaS products or B2B web-based software, especially those that are data-rich with complex scenarios and workflows is desired.Experience in designing for mobile apps or mobile-optimized sites. Knowledge in mobile usability patterns and an appreciation for clean, simple, and usable interfaces is important.Familiarity with web accessibility best practices. HTML & CSS knowledge will help.What will also help:Background or experience in designing for financial technology or services is a plus.Experience in user behavior analytics.Knowledge in accessibility and inclusive design.Visa is an EEO Employer.
