We're on the lookout for a UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centricdesigns with impact.
You'll provide support to our Product Development Teams by crafting engagingand intuitive user experiences that meet business requirements.
You'll employbest practice design methods in an iterative process to ensure top-notchusability and be guided by the Value Owner to focus on the most impactfulaspects of our solutions.

As part of the team you'll: Work alongside Product Managers & Owners, make wellinformed prioritization decisions + drive successful customer outcomes.
Contribute to backlog and projectplanning, manage how knowledge gaps for the project are closed and incorporate inputfrom stakeholders.
Co-create and maintain the UX vision for the ValueStream + ensure this is incorporated into product vision and goals.
Actively monitor UX maturity anddevelop improvement plans for the Value Stream.
Explain design concepts + potentialsolutions to stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you'll have: A relevant qualification orsignificant experience in UX Design or a related field.
2+ years of experience in UX Designor User Research with a portfolio showcasing commercial products.
Proficiency in UI prototyping toolslike Adobe XD or Figma and a solid understanding of usability principles.
Strong communication skills, with theability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-motivated with a collaborativeapproach and a quick learner in new domains.
Experience in usability testing anduser research is advantageous.
Experience in facilitating teamworkshops and collaboration exercises.
Knowledge of programming languages isa plus.
