We're on the lookout for a UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centric designs with impact. You'll provide support to our Product Development Teams by crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences that meet business requirements. You'll employ best practice design methods in an iterative process to ensure top-notch usability and be guided by the Value Owner to focus on the most impactful aspects of our solutions. As part of the team you'll: Work alongside Product Managers & Owners, make well-informed prioritization decisions, and drive successful customer outcomes. Contribute to backlog and project planning, manage how knowledge gaps for the project are closed, and incorporate input from stakeholders. Co-create and maintain the UX vision for the Value Stream and ensure this is incorporated into product vision and goals. Actively monitor UX maturity and develop improvement plans for the Value Stream. Explain design concepts and potential solutions to stakeholders. To be considered for this role, you'll have: A relevant qualification or significant experience in UX Design or a related field. 2+ years of experience in UX Design or User Research with a portfolio showcasing commercial products. Proficiency in UI prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Figma and a solid understanding of usability principles. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Self-motivated with a collaborative approach and a quick learner in new domains. Experience in usability testing and user research is advantageous. Experience in facilitating teamwork shops and collaboration exercises. Knowledge of programming languages is a plus. Why Gallagher?
