Our SMB team is seeking a UX Designer passionate about creating user-centric designs for our c loud-based access control and alarm management system, with a focus on collaboration, a gile practices, and continuous improvement.
You'll support our Product Development Teams by crafting intuitive user experiences that meet business needs, using best practice design methods in an iterative process and focusing on the most impactful aspects of our solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll also need:
A relevant qualification or significant experience in UX Design or a related field2+ years of experience in UX Design or User Research with a portfolio showcasing commercial productsProficiency in UI prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Figma and a solid understanding of usability principlesStrong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholdersExcellent organi s ational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlinesExperience in usability testing and user research is advantageousExperience in facilitating team workshops and collaboration exercisesKnowledge of programming languages is a plus ( but not essential )Why Gallagher?
