The primary focus is on UI design, graphic and motion graphics design as you:Understand a business need and transform this into a workable project.Deliver informative, focused and expressive graphic (both static and motion based).Deliver delightful user experiences, each time, you know what its like to use apps that are mundane and frustrating, we don’t want you to create those!Utilise your creativity, collaborative and knowledge to keep improving the MEGA experience.Make deliberate, data-driven design decisions, communicate strongly to the wider team and translate user-experience journeys into a smooth and intuitive experience.Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs with both internal stakeholders and end-usersPresent and defend your design decisions. All design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principlesBuild storyboards to conceptualise designs and convey design rationaleIdentify and raise design problems with the wider team and devise collaborative solutionsConduct user research and build user stories, journey maps, testing protocols and facilitate user testingYou’ll have/be:1+ year of experience in UI / UX design or be an extremely talented grad.A degree in Design or similar, ideal from a recognised Tertiary Institute or Design School.A portfolio demonstrating the skillset of UI, graphic and motion graphic design.Experience designing interactive solutions in software-only environments.An obsession for PIXEL PERFECT work.Exposure to 3D modelling and Video editing software a plus.An evangelical passion for all types of interaction design, trends and techniques.UX software experience such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bohemian.Able to build and maintain a brand style guide in line with our brand, ensuring a balance of colours, textures and interactive elements.A solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, usability and accessibility concerns.What we offer?Alongside a great team, you’ll have the chance to enter your first corporate role, working on some great projects and challenging tasks.
