About the role
You will be responsible for managing and developing our team of Vehicle Consultants, making sales and working toward sales and budget targets. You will continue to develop and maintain a high level of customer service to ensure increased sales and customer satisfaction.
About you:
Two years of customer service experience ideally in Sales
Management experience is not essential but is desired
Resilience to achieve goals even in the face of obstacles
Personable with the ability to interact with a wide variety of customers and staff
Strong organisational skills and the capability to prioritise workloads and tasks efficiently
The ability to work well in a team environment
Results driven
