We are looking for a customer-centric, self-motivated, positive person to join our Used Vehicle Team. As the successful applicant you will need the following skills and attributes:
First impressions are very important so you will need to be well presented, love talking to people and building relationships.
Be self-motivated and have a high level of commitment.
A team player and have loads of energy and enthusiasm.
Excellent written, verbal and computer skills.
An interest in, passion for or knowledge of motor vehicles would be an advantage.
Hold a full, clean driver's licence with the ability to drive manual.
Professional on the phone, with emails, texts and in person.
Have a passion for sales and meeting people.
A hunger to learn and develop.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to self-motivate, be target driven, mentally strong and thrive on interaction.
Ability to learn about and understand our products and their advantages - and the ability to communicate this to customers.
Some experience in this industry and/or customer service/guest experience would be advantageous, however fantastic training and induction is part of the package.
Lastly and most importantly - have the real desire to achieve high standards of customer service all the time.
You will be selling our high-end Used Vehicles and accessories, building relationships with your team and our customers, prospecting for new customers, answering internet inquiries and being a key person in the day-to-day running of our Used Vehicle Department and dealership. Rostered weekend work (Saturdays from 8:45am-4pm) is a requirement of this position. Superb training on all of this is part of the package!
