My name is Anne and I have 9 years experience as a Counsellor.
In a session, we will explore together what is happening, in order for you to gain some insights and help you to move through stuckness, frustration, and grief.
The modalities of counselling that I use can equip you with healthier ways of coping as well as insights to understand what is happening.
As well as a listening ear, I like to equip clients with tools to get out of stuckness, and move forward.
I am trained in Solution focussed Counselling, Cognitive Counselling, and R.E.B.T.
I also use tools such as the Rewind Technique to help clients move beyond debilitating PTSD.

Qualifications and registrationsI hold a Bachelor of Social Science - Counselling (BSSC - Couns)A Diploma of Ministerial Studiesand am a fully registered member of MNZAC.FeesMy fee is $103.50 incl GST for an hour of counselling.
I also accept WINZ clients for subsidised fees.
