Unskilled Labourer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Unskilled Labourer to join our civil construction team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and pursue an apprenticeship in a skilled trade. Would suit a school leaver that wants to start a career.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites.

Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.

Help maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.

Load and unload materials and tools as required.

Support the installation of structures, roads, and other civil engineering projects.

Follow instructions and complete tasks as directed by supervisors.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
