Bloesem is an exciting, growth-focused, and dynamic Early Learning Centre located in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. We are offering a full-time position with minimum 30 hours of work per week guaranteed with earning potential ranging from $29.66 to $31.00 per hour, depending on your credentials. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Building and maintaining positive, reciprocal relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
Assisting with planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's learning and development.
Assist with supporting children's social and emotional growth by creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Helping to design and maintain a beautiful, functional, and inspiring learning space that reflects every child's unique journey.
Observing and documenting each child's progress to support tailored learning experiences.
Contributing to team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with fellow educators.
Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching and leadership skills.
