Red Badge Group are looking for highly motivated & well-presented individuals who can bring their customer service & people skills to our University security team located in central Tauranga! What's in it for you:
Part Time Permanent roles – Weekend shifts (work either both Saturday & Sunday or 1 weekend day) availableTraining and Development OpportunitiesWork in a professional high-level team environment.Develop in your role – become a key leader within our team.About You: Have Security &/ or Customer Service experience and a Green COA Security License is desirable, however if not & you are the right person, we can help you obtain one if you are 18 years old or over, have a clean criminal record & eligible to work in New Zealand.Full New Zealand Drivers LicenseFlexibility – must be available to work at least one weekend day & cover shifts when required (including evening and night shifts).Possess a professional work ethic and desire to take responsibility, including being reliable, confident and honest at all times.Ability to work under pressure and ensure the best outcome in all situations.Excellent verbal & written English communication skills, with attention to detail.Strong communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with the client and take directives.Possess the ability to interact, engage & build relationships with a diverse range of people.Strong focus on delivering high quality security solutions.Physical fitness – able to walk and stand for long periods of time.Confidence using and learning new computer systems.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
