Red Badge Group is looking for highly motivated and well-presented individuals who can bring their customer service and people skills to our University security team located in central Tauranga! However, if you are the right person, we can help you obtain one if you are 18 years old or over, have a clean criminal record, and are eligible to work in NZ.Flexibility – must be available to work at least one weekend day and cover shifts when required.Ability to work under pressure and be reliable, confident, and honest.Strong communication skills to interact and communicate with the client and take directives.Possess the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of people.Possess a professional work ethic and a desire to take responsibility.Strong focus on delivering high-quality security solutions.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and attention to detail.Physical fitness – able to walk and stand for long periods of time.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
