As a Non-Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential unit, ensuring high standards of care and support for our residents.
You will lead a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the residential unit.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Monitor and manage staff performance, including conducting regular appraisals and providing training and development opportunities.
Handle resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
