The role includes working Sunday to Thursday, 0730 - 1600.
As a Unit Coordinator, you will use your nursing and people skills to:
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to your team, ensuring care is always "good enough for mum and dad"Foster the Ryman culture which promotes a safe and enjoyable work experience for your teamEnsure all care is continuously assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated to meet the needs of each resident Create lasting relationships by actively engaging with resident's families/whanau, visitors, Allied Health Professionals, and local DHBEnsure your team embraces a range of beliefs, ethnicities, gender, sexuality, and principles of Te Tiriti o WaitangiPerform and support your nursing team to conduct interRAI assessmentsCommunicate effectively and efficiently with your team that promotes respect and trustProvide support to your Clinical Manager and Village ManagerIntermittently provide additional time outside rostered hours to attend events, support team members or residents and familiesAbout You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
