Ka aha to ra e kite ai? - What will your day look likeIn this role, you would have the opportunity to:
Provide timely and effective 2nd level support for incident resolution and request completion for ANZ technology product suite.Resolve cases in-line with agreed business expectations and SLAs.Function as the escalation path for 1st level support; Technology front desk support; and expertise on the Desktop platform to NZ resolver groups and projects as required.Assist with implementation of policies & procedures for Support processes.Maintain knowledge articles and databases, for applications, hardware, services and deliverables within the ANZ technology environment.Recommend improvements to process and permanent fixes for production.Adhere to processes related to Incident Management, Work Request, and Change processes, acknowledging incident and work request records, updating regularly and closing with necessary resolve information.Assist and manage changes to the Enterprise Desktop platform during change windows and on an "as required" basis.Provide critical support during major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations, and contributing to the development and execution of service improvement plans.Monitor alerts and trends using tools like NexThink and ServiceNow to proactively address potential issues and manage bulk software deployments.Ou Pukenga? - What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in Desktop "Break Fix" or troubleshooting and proactive management of a large Distributed Computing environment.Positive and Professional manner as you will be required to support ANZ Ltd Executives and Board members.Significant experience in using the following applications: Windows Clients 7&10; Microsoft Office 2010 to O365; Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft Exchange; SharePoint; System Configuration Centre Manager (SCCM); Citrix – Virtual Desktop environments; Workspace, Mobility, Android & iOS, NexThink.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a wider Technology team.Knowledge of Cloud PC and Intune are advantageous but not necessary.Proven attitude to manage stress.Actively progressing with IT trainings and qualifications.Flexibility in work hours, as support may be required outside of normal business hours.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
