As a result of their growth, they are looking to expand their Christchurch based underwriting teams with fantastic opportunities across all levels of underwriting (entry level to senior) and with experience in Liability, Property or both.

The Opportunity
Delta is open-minded when it comes to adding to their talented team. You may be an experienced Underwriter looking to make a change and for the opportunity to be part of something unique. To make a move into underwriting, we would be looking for candidates with insurance industry experience such as but not limited to experience in Broking or Claims.
You will be / have:
Proven experience within the Insurance Industry
Strong analytical skills
A customer focus, with good interpersonal and relationship management skills
The ability to use reasonable and sound judgment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with the ability to coach and or assist others
The ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
