Collaborate closely with senior UX designers to define and implement user experience for product features Collaborate with our designers and user researcher to plan and prepare materials for user research, user testing, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders Collaborate with product development teams to ensure technical feasibility and flawless implementation of UX designs This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Job Requirements Qualifications Strong portfolio of design projects.
Proficient with Figma.
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and thoughtfully.
Work effectively in a team setting.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
High level of initiative.
Ability to balance multiple tasks.
Be open to receiving feedback and have a growth mindset.
