Pay Range: $28 to $35 per hour
Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional calls on weekends)
Hours: Guaranteed at least 30 hours per week with standard hours of 45 hours per week

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Tyre Technician, your main responsibilities will include the fitting, repair, and servicing of a wide variety of tyres for both retail and fleet customers. You will be a key part of delivering our promise of exceptional service at any time and in any location. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Tyre Fitting: Install tyres across all sectors, including small domestic tyres, passenger, motorcycle, truck, tractor, OTR (off-the-road), and other special tyres.Puncture Repairs & Tube Fitment: Efficiently repair punctures and fit tubes to all tyre types, ensuring that high-quality work is performed consistently.Wheel Balancing: Perform balancing of retail passenger and truck tyres as required to ensure vehicle stability and safety.Wheel Alignments: Conduct wheel alignment on customer vehicles to manufacturer specifications.Fleet Service Callouts: Respond to and perform fleet service callouts as required to support our commercial clients.After-hours & Weekend Service: Provide after-hours and weekend service as needed to support our 100% service guarantee.Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met and building lasting relationships.Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and keep up-to-date with industry advancements.Other Duties: Perform any other tasks as requested by the Branch Manager or Service Manager to support the overall business operations.Minimum RequirementsThree years of relevant work experience in fitting and servicing a wide range of tyres, from domestic to commercial and off-the-road tyres.Ability to conduct puncture repairs, balancing, and wheel alignments with precision.Must be physically fit and has the ability to lift heavy tires and work in a physically demanding environment.A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet customer requirements.Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours as required to meet the company's 100% service guarantee.A commitment to high safety standards and ensuring that all work is performed safely.A clean driver's license (ideally with experience in operating service vehicles).Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.Must have a clean police report with no charges pending.If you are a motivated and skilled Tyre Technician who is ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you.
