This role could suit a Food & Beverage Manager or Chef Manager with the experience and knowledge in event management to uphold quality food service standards and motivate Front of House and kitchen staff.
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage collaborative relationships, creative thinking that develops business opportunity, and financial experience in managing resources will be required in this role.
A Duty Managers License, working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, and good HR practice will also be essential for success in this role.
Bar Manager: $32 Hour + Tools of the trade Are you an experienced Assistant Bar Manager looking to step up, or a Bar Manager looking for a new challenge? Then look no further than this well-known venue.

*Reporting to the GM, you will help oversee a mixture of day and evening shifts, thus some flexibility around this 7-day-a-week operation is essential. No two weeks are the same, so being prepared and calm under pressure is essential.
This role could suit an experienced manager with knowledge in:
Gaming Machine operations
TAB operations
Stock Control
Staff Management
Staff Training
