This position requires someone who is physically fit, organised, ideally lives in the region or is keen to move here and who has a keen interest and previous experience in the following: About you: Highly motivated and a proven team leader Focused on Health & Safety An exceptional planner and forward thinker Focused on meeting deadlines Proactive problem solver Ability to handle the physical demands of the role Exhibits tidy and methodical work practices Has the ability to work independently Strong communication and organisational skills What you need to succeed: Proven experience in managing national and international stadia with an in-depth knowledge of cricket pitch and sportsground preparation. Proven experience with turf management equipment operation Understands and adheres to Health & Safety guidelines promoting best practice. Enjoys working outside in all-weather to deliver on deadlines Mechanical aptitude. Level 4 turf management qualification. Current and clean drivers licence.
