Rolleston South School (Proposed) – Rolleston, South IslandTe Rau Horopito is a new school scheduled to open in term 1, 2026 in the Arbor Green subdivision of Rolleston to serve our fast-growing diverse community. 2025 will be a busy year for developing the vision, values, strategic direction, and everything we need to open a future-focused, fantastic new kura while it completes its stage 1 build.It is important that our tumuaki can lead a range of new and experienced staff, and can work effectively alongside the Establishment Board to develop everything to ensure the successful opening of our kura. During 2025, our tumuaki will be responsible for driving the development of our vision and values, staffing our new kura and co-developing our local curriculum.
