The Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the new tuition centre, including the following:Manage educational, administrative and financial affairs of tuition centre include staff deployment and student enrolmentDevelop, implement and review educational and administrative policiesProvide advice on policy and procedures to staff, parents and studentsIdentify and strategise current and future tuition programmes for student and staff development through comprehensive data analysis and market researchMonitor and evaluate tuition programmes to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with TII's objectivesWork with academic and administrative staff to coordinate educational programsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents and guardians through regular communication and feedback sessions.Ability to deliver English and Mandarin classes to young and adult students of varying proficiency levels during evening hours and/or weekends, when required.Develop and deliver training programs for teachers, when required.Coordinate study tours for groups of short-term studentsPromote TII among domestic and international students in New Zealand and overseas, and recruit international and domestic students in New Zealand and overseas.Develop credible agents' overseas network especially in China and maintain good working relationships with themWhen required provide translation services from English to Chinese and Chinese to English for the General Manager and/or for the delegated authority of the General ManagerQualifications:At least a Bachelor's degree holder.At least 2 years' managerial experience in education industry.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Passion for education and a commitment to student success.Skill set is important but so is your attitude and drive to be part of a winning team and take the next step in your career.What can be offered:Permanent full-time position. The actual earnings can be estimated at around $31.16 to $33.65 per hour with a minimum 30 hours of work guaranteed for each week.
