NumberWorks'nWords is a leading provider of maths and English tuition for students aged 5 to 16. With 40 years of success, we are passionate about helping children build confidence and improve their skills in a fun and supportive environment. We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Centre Manager for one of our HQ owned centres to lead the way!
Role Overview
As the Centre Manager , you'll be the driving force behind the success of the Flat Bush centre. Your role will be to ensure smooth daily operations, build strong relationships with students and their families, lead and inspire a team of tutors, and maintain a vibrant and results-focused learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of passionate tutors.
Maintain a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for students.

Student & Parent Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with students and parents, understanding their needs and goals.
Regularly communicate student progress to parents and ensure their satisfaction with the programme.

Drive centre growth by meeting enrolment targets.
Quality of Service: Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Leadership skills: Proven experience in managing a team and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Passion for education: A genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed and achieve their potential.
Excellent communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and the local community.
Organisational skills: The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in education, tutoring, or management (preferred but not essential).
Strong understanding of maths and English curriculum for school-age children.
A passion for working with children and delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
