You will provide a range of comprehensive administrative services and pastoral care to support the effective and efficient running of Te Tohu Paetahi operations, ensuring a seamless and positive educational experience for students and staff. This includes providing administrative support to our Operations Manager, Associate Deans, and paper convenors to promote effective administration of all student and programme-related matters.
Salary will be in the range of $69,199 to $82,228 per year pro-rated, based on skills, knowledge, and experience. This is a part-time role (18.75 hours a week), based on our Tauranga Campus.

You are flexible and able to adapt to daily challenges. You will have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience working or providing pastoral care for students in a tertiary environment would be advantageous.
