In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety of the public and efficient traffic flow on our road networks.Weekly pay + 8% Holiday PayGrowth and career advancementGreat company culture and team environmentContribution to public safety and roading improvementsRole and Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze traffic flow patterns.Direct vehicular and pedestrian trafficReport any traffic issues or irregularitiesAssist with set up and take down of traffic work sites.Collaborate with team members to work safely and smartlyHave a health and safety mindset at all times when on site.Engage with the public in a positive and friendly mannerWhat we need from you:Proven experience in traffic management or a related field is preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Physical fitnessAbility to work in varying weather conditionsFamiliarity with traffic management and confident in using a radio.Class 1 Full or Restricted LicenceAbility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Hold a valid TTM/TC certification.Must be NZ resident or entitled to work in NZ.Please apply now if this sounds like a role you would be interested in!
