A little bit about us – We are the Transport Rebuild East Coast (TREC).
This alliance has been set up to plan, organise, and deliver recovery work needed on the highway and rail networks, together with local businesses and contractors across Te Tairawhiti (Gisborne) and Te Matau a Maui (Hawke's Bay).
Our alliance members include Waka Kotahi, KiwiRail, Downer, Fulton Hogan, and Higgins.
We have an opportunity for an experienced TTM Supervisor.
The TTM Supervisor, in collaboration with the coordinator, is responsible for managing, mentoring, and auditing TTM activities.
This role oversees sub-contractor crew operations to facilitate all TTM activities, ensuring the safest and most efficient implementation for working crews and road users.
Additionally, the TTM Supervisor ensures that all targets related to quality, safety, productivity, and profit are met and delivered to the highest standard to support TREC objectives.
This is a 12 month fixed term role, but it will allow you the opportunity to enhance your networks, whilst working with highly skilled people from a number of different professions and organisations.
You will be working with construction and design professionals, and working within an alliance that is focused on achieving innovative cost-effective solutions.
Whist you are gaining valuable skills, and growing your networks, you will also be improving transportation infrastructure for East Coast communities.
What we need from you: Proven track record of STMS supervisory experience in the industry (preferably in the long-term / large project space) Full Class 2 Drivers Licence Qualified to STMS A/B/C-P (or STMS 2/3P) TTM Mentor Warrant (Preferable) Seize this opportunity to be part of the TREC Alliance!
