Their four specialist teams, Commercial, Property, Dispute Resolution, and Trusts & Estates gives them a breadth of expertise rarely found in one firm.At ARL they pride themselves on 'making it happen' for their clients while providing a supportive and collaborative environment for their colleagues.The OpportunityA great opportunity has now become available for a Trusts and Estates Lawyer with at least three years of PQE who is looking to progress their career in a thriving practice.
The role will allow you to work alongside a highly respected Consultant, Paul Logan, who has been with the firm for almost 30 years and has a huge depth of knowledge to pass on, as well as Jon Beck, an experienced Associate who spent 13 years in the UK before recently returning home to New Zealand.This is an interesting and varied role dealing primarily with Trusts, Estates, Wills and Powers of Attorney.
The team is supported by a large number of legal executives and secretaries ensuring that you can focus your time and add value on the more challenging and contentious issues.In addition, about 25% of your time will be spent on Commercial matters such as business sale & purchases, leasing as well as general commercial and company law.You'll be surrounded by people who are truly passionate about their work and want to be there.
This is a friendly and open-plan environment with a genuine sense of camaraderie.About YouThis role will suit a Trusts and Estates specialist, or a General Practitioner with some Trusts and Estates experience, who ideally has at least three years PQE (slightly less will still be considered).
