Trust Account Administrator

We are currently seeking a Trust Account Administrator to join our friendly team in Pukekohe.In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the trust accounts are accurate, balanced and compliant every day.Your responsibilities will include:Daily processing, balance and reconciling of the trust accountMonth end reconciliationsManagement of our IBD accountsDebtor managementAssisting partners and staff with statements and queriesYou will also be responsible for ensuring we are compliant with AML requirements and any other general administrative needs.What We're Looking For:The successful candidate will have:Solid New Zealand based accounts experiencePrior experience in Trust Accounting is an advantageStrong attention to detail with excellent data entry skillsExperience with accounting software (Law Office experience would be an advantage)Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly ExcelAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWhat we offer:Collaborative and dynamic work environmentFlexible working hours by arrangementApplication Process:If you think you may be a good fit for us, please apply or send your CV and a covering letter to ****** by Friday 18 October 2024.Please note that interviews may take place prior to applications closing.Please note: Due to the volume of applications we will only be in contact if you are shortlisted for an interview.
