Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to join their team as Entry-Level Truck Drivers for Metro Runs. Job Title: Truck Driver  Schedule: Monday - Saturday, Minimum 30 hours commitment, Maximum 40 hours a week   Supervisor Involvement: You will be working alongside a supervisor as part of the team until fully trained. Wages: $25 - $32/hour (Based on Experience and Qualifications)   Additional Perks: Assistance with Dangerous Goods (DG) and Forklift license for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Receive on-the-job training and guidance from experienced supervisors. - Safely operate company trucks for metro runs within the Canterbury region. - Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to designated locations. - Collaborate effectively with the supervisor and team members to meet delivery schedules. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs. - Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Requirements: - Valid driver's license without any restrictions. - No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. - Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week. - Excellent driving record with a strong focus on safety. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - DG and Forklift license (Preferred, assistance provided to the right candidate).
